Our Mission
The Ida Mae Family Foundation's mission is to address the needs of the community by offering programs and philanthropic activities that will enhance the quality of life by creating opportunities for lifelong learning, personal growth and development, and preservation of the community culture. The Ida Mae Family Foundation creates programs, events and services specifically for areas in the surrounding communities of Castalia Heights in Memphis, Tennessee and the Auburn Gresham and Washington Heights communities in Chicago, Illinois.

Our Goals
In carrying out the mission of the Ida Mae Family Foundation, the organization shall seek to accomplish the following goals:

Provide charitable contributions in support of the community and its residents.

Offer educational and self-awareness forums to aid in the personal growth and development of neighborhood youth and young adults.

Support activities that help to retain community culture and improve community relations.
